Junior Ultimate Frisbee Team Achieve Top 8 Finish at All-Ireland Finals

A huge congratulations to our Junior Ultimate Frisbee team from Le Chéile Secondary School who achieved an outstanding 8th place finish at the All-Ireland Finals.

The team performed brilliantly throughout the competition, showing great determination, teamwork, and resilience while improving with every game played across the day. Their tournament concluded with a hard-fought draw against Mt. St. Michael’s, securing an impressive top-eight finish nationally.

Every player represented the school with pride and sportsmanship, and their performances highlighted the exciting future of Ultimate Frisbee in Le Chéile. The dedication and progress shown by the squad suggest this talented group will continue to grow and compete strongly in the years ahead.

A special word of thanks and congratulations goes to TY student Oliwia Krason, who recently earned selection as an Ireland international Ultimate Frisbee player. Oliwia provided excellent coaching and encouragement to the team throughout the day and was a fantastic support to all involved.

Well done to all players and coaches Mr Carrington and Ms Kissane on a fantastic achievement - the future of Frisbee at Le Chéile is certainly bright!
