Le Chéile Climbers Achieve Bronze at Irish Schools Climbing Grand Finals

Congratulations to the Junior Girls Climbing Team from Le Chéile Secondary School who achieved an outstanding podium finish at the Irish Schools Climbing Grand Finals in Dublin earlier this term.

Having first qualified for the national finals as Cork Champions in the Junior Girls category, the team competed against schools from across Ireland and delivered an exceptional performance to secure 3rd place nationally and bring home the bronze medals.

The students demonstrated incredible determination, focus, and teamwork throughout the event, successfully tackling four challenging points climbs along with a demanding speed climb on their journey to the podium.

A huge well done to Emma, Hanna, Kiera, and Grace on this fantastic achievement. Representing the school at national level and earning a medal finish is a tremendous accomplishment, and the entire school community is incredibly proud of their success.
